Dashboard
Monitor credits, manage billing, and submit feedback
The Dashboard is your central hub for managing your Sidekick account. Access it at sidekick.so/dashboard after signing in.
The Dashboard requires authentication. You'll be redirected to sign in if you're not logged in.
Overview
The Dashboard has three main sections:

| Billing | Manage subscription and purchase credits |
Credits
The Credits section shows your current credit balance and detailed usage analytics.
Credit Balance
Four cards display your credit status:

|---|---|
| Total Credits | Your monthly allocation plus any rollover |
| Used Credits | Credits consumed this billing period |
| Available Credits | Remaining credits you can use |
| Additional Credits | Extra credits purchased separately |
A progress bar shows your usage percentage for the current period.
Token Usage Statistics
Below the balance cards, you'll find detailed usage statistics showing how credits are consumed across different AI models.
Shows per-request token consumption:
- Request timestamp
- AI model used
- Input tokens
- Output tokens
- Cache tokens (read/write)
- Total tokens
- Credits consumed
Results are paginated with 20 entries per page.
Shows aggregated statistics per AI model:
- Model name
- Total requests
- Total input/output tokens
- Total cache tokens
- Combined credits used
Useful for understanding which models consume the most credits.
Feedback
Submit bug reports and feature requests directly to the development team.
Report a Bug
Navigate to Feedback
Click the Feedback tab in the dashboard navigation.
Select Bug Report
Ensure the Report Bug tab is selected.
Fill in Details
- Title: Brief description of the issue
- Description: Detailed explanation of what happened, steps to reproduce, and expected behavior
- Priority: Low, Medium, or High
Submit
Click Submit Bug Report. You'll receive a confirmation when submitted successfully.
Request a Feature
Navigate to Feedback
Click the Feedback tab in the dashboard navigation.
Select Feature Request
Click the Request Feature tab.
Fill in Details
- Title: Brief description of the feature
- Description: Explain the feature, use case, and why it would be valuable
- Priority: Low, Medium, or High
Submit
Click Submit Feature Request. You'll receive a confirmation when submitted successfully.
Feedback is associated with your account email, so we can follow up if needed.
Billing
Manage your subscription and purchase additional credits.
Current Plan
The billing section displays:
- Your current plan (Free, Starter, or Pro)
- Subscription status (Active, Canceled, etc.)
- Next renewal date (for active subscriptions)
- Cancellation status if applicable
Cancel Subscription
If you have an active paid subscription:
Go to Billing
Click the Billing tab in the dashboard.
Click Cancel
Click the Cancel Subscription button on your plan card.
Confirm
Confirm the cancellation. Your subscription remains active until the end of the current billing period.
Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. You'll retain access to paid features until then.
Purchase Additional Credits
Pro plan users can purchase extra credits that never expire.
Go to Billing
Click the Billing tab in the dashboard.
Select Quantity
Use the slider to select how many credits you want (1-300).
Review Price
Credits cost $0.10 each. The total price updates as you adjust the quantity.
Complete Purchase
Click Purchase Credits and complete the checkout via Paddle.
Additional credits never expire and are used only after your monthly allocation is consumed.
Upgrade Your Plan
Free plan users see an upgrade prompt in the Billing section. Click the link to visit the pricing page and choose a paid plan.
Navigation
The dashboard navigation bar includes:

| User Avatar | Shows your email and logout option |
Account Management
Sign Out
Click your avatar in the top-right corner, then click Logout. This clears your session and returns you to the homepage.
Session Handling
- Sessions use JWT tokens that refresh automatically
- If your session expires, you'll be redirected to sign in again
- Signing in on a new device doesn't sign you out of existing sessions
Data Privacy
- Dashboard data is fetched in real-time from secure servers
- Usage statistics are stored to help you track credit consumption
- Feedback submissions are stored for review by the development team
- No sensitive payment information is stored—all payments are handled by Paddle
